Salary and Benefits: Telesales Executive
- Monthly Starting Salary In Hand: Rs. 21,100.
Salary Increment every 6 months for sales performers.
Progressive Monthly Salary Offer: In-Hand Monthly Salary: Rs. 21,100 for 1st 6 Months, Rs. 22,100 for 7th to 12th Month, Rs. 24,100 for 13th to 18th Month and Rs. 26,100 for 19th to 24th Month. - Additional 10% increment on ‘Basic+DA’ part of salary on every year’s competition.
Lucrative, Spot Daily Incentives, Weekly Incentives and Incentive Holidays offered.
Local Travelling Allowances offered within the salary. - Promotion criteria based on three months’ consistent performance, offered at the time of appointment itself.
